We are delighted to present an opportunity find a dedicated, nurturing & experienced Rota Nanny to join a household in Hampstead. This vibrant family includes 3 children: a bright boy 6 y-o, a curious girl, 4 y-o and an adorable toddler 15 m-o.
  • Hours: The rota will operate on a 1 week on/off, with the potential for flexibility to accommodate the family's travel plans.
The ideal candidate:We are looking for a rota nanny who has good previous experience in a similar role, crucially with existing rota experience and working with 3+ charges. The nanny will be part of a team working closely with Mum to create a loving and stimulating environment, ensuring the well-being and holistic development of the children during your time with them. A genuine passion for childcare and child development is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the family. Our clients do favour qualified/trained nannies, and it is really important that applicants have stellar, prior experience in similar rota roles, with children of similar ages.Key Responsibilities:
  • Childcare: Provide attentive and loving care to 3 children; 6 & 4 years and toddler, 15 months - ensuring all their developmental needs are fully met.
  • Nursery duties: Oversee all aspects of daily care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and engaging the children in educational and enjoyable activities.
  • Meal Planning: Design and prepare nutritious and delicious meals that cater to the children's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Routine Management: Establish and maintain daily routines that foster a sense of stability and security for the children.
  • Additionally, the ability to drive (auto) is required.
  • Travel: Accompany the family on trips, providing care and support in new environments to ensure the children's needs are met while away from home.
About the family:Our clients are a warm, British/American family who we have worked with a number of times, they have high standards but look after their staff and like mutual respect with open lines of communication. The family home is a short distance from the westerly corner of Golder's Hill Park (and GHP zoo!) and the Finchley Road.
