Contract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeJob Description:Liquid Personnel is recruiting on behalf of its client based in Leeds for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality neurorehabilitation services.In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions—helping them regain independence and enhance their quality of life through personalised therapeutic interventions.What will your responsibilities be?
  • Lead and deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for individuals with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.
  • Work collaboratively within a skilled multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes.
  • Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior colleagues while contributing to service development and innovation.
  • Monitor outcomes and contribute to service evaluation to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Build strong relationships with families, carers, and external professionals to support holistic care planning.

Qualifications & Experience:To be successful in this role you must have,
  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
  • Extensive post-qualification experience, ideally within neurorehabilitation or complex care.
  • Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
