- Experienced in customer service or client-facing roles (essential)

- Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about supporting people
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships
- Confident in problem-solving and decision-making
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Flexible to cover occasional weekends and on-call shifts
- A driver with access to a car (preferred due to limited public transport)
