The Role: Client Relationship ExecutiveAs a key link between our clients and care teams, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality care services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling & Coordination - Organising and optimising rotas to ensure the right carers are matched to clients' needs
  • Quality & Compliance - Maintaining our high standards of service and supporting self-employed carers
  • Client Support - Acting as a trusted point of contact, addressing queries with empathy and professionalism
  • On-Call Duties - Participating in the rota to provide reassurance and responsive support
About YouWe're looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced in customer service or client-facing roles (essential)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about supporting people
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Confident in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible to cover occasional weekends and on-call shifts
  • A driver with access to a car (preferred due to limited public transport)
