- Lead the team of Sales Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business both in store and through Virtual Shopping
- Ensure Jet Set Ambassadors maintain client communication by using all available clienteling tools
- Proactively manage client database to increase sales
- Maintain floor presence and lead by example through elevated customer experience and Service Leading.
- Provide coaching and support to assist Sales Ambassadors in resolving customer service issues, empowering the teams to make decisions in the customer’s best interest
- Reflect the visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image
- Enhance customer service standards in store to ensure the best client journey
- Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand
- Meet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for results
- Analyze reports, and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Track and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge
- Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are set for Sales Ambassadors and communicated effectively. Build and maintain a relationship with them
- Introduce additional complementary products targeted to your client and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
- Process the sale in a confident and professional manner and gather the client’s CRM details to enlarge your client book
- Drive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends
- Update yourself on all product lines through research
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are attended
- Support the management team to ensure store maintenance, auditing programme and stock takes are aligned to Brand standards
- Ensure loss prevention is a key priority, assuming responsibility for taking quick action on early indications of any loss, collaborating with store management, Operations Manager and Head Office.
- Support the management team in training and developing the store team as well as onboarding new joiners
- Provide feedback to support the management team in evaluating and boosting the performance of each Jet Set Ambassador
- Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy and ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Lead the team through morning briefings, objective setting, training and direct coaching together with the UK Retail Manager
- Create a team spirit whilst managing, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Inspire, lead and coach the store team to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability
- Instruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returns
- Responsible for the day-to-day needs of the business and administration.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment
- Experience in selling RTW / LG
- Passion for fashion and sales
- A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience
- Excellent personal presentation – a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador
- Understanding of Retail KPIs
- A fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage
