In this role, you will help children with diverse learning needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, making a meaningful impact on their lives.Key Responsibilities:As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, your role will include:
- Morning Support: Provide tailored assistance to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including those with ADHD and self-harming behaviors.
- Nappy Changing is a must
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalized support plans and interventions.
- Afternoon Flexibility: Offer crucial support across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to the needs of different age groups.

- Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role, is preferred.
- Nappy Changing: Must be comfortable and experienced with nappy changing.
