- Client & Candidate Liaison: Be the bridge between our clients and our team. You’ll communicate effectively to understand client needs, provide updates, and ensure exceptional service.
- Build & maintain an excellent relationship with client team & temporary workers
- Daily absence management and reporting using T&A system
- Staff/Management Queries completed daily
- Site tours & Induction
- Monitor attendance, performance and attitude
- Project Coordination: Assist in the management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Attending daily production morning meeting
- Support site management as needed and when requested
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and reports related to client accounts, keeping things organized and efficient.
- Complete daily admin tasks, KPI & management info, training, spot checks, audits
- Complete daily and weekly payroll
- Use Excel and internal systems to keep accurate records
- Creative Problem Solving: Collaborate with your team to find innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Working to set KPI’s and deliver accurate reports to the management team
- MS Office – Word/Excel/Power Point – Essential
- Recruitment background – Advantageous
- Supervisory experience – Essential
