- Process and respond to all hire desk queries promptly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional support to customers throughout the hire journey.
- Manage and resolve hire desk processes and queries.
- Ensure all delivery dates are met and promptly communicate any changes or issues to the Transport Team.
- Coordinate large deliveries, process off-hire requests, and communicate with customers for off-hire requests and booking details.
- Follow up on all free-of-charge hires to maintain the one-week trial period.
- Manage goods in for all off-hire stock following depot inspections.
- Communicate with the Operations Team for lead times and stock inquiries.
- Handle queries from customers, warehouse, yard, and transport effectively.
- Liaise with the Transport Team for all site bookings.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
