- Provide EA support primarily to the CEO, and some additional support to COO and CTO. This will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing expenses and making travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals, investor packs and meeting materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate individuals and gatekeeping where appropriate.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Organise and coordinate company events, offsites and external meetings, ensuring all logistics have been carefully planned and executed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Office management, operations and ad-hoc project support.
- 2+ years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally in a start up environment.
- Exceptional people management and communication and coordination skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Exceptional time management and problem solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred.
- Flexible to work outside of core hours when required.
