We have a proven track record in this, often winning new clients through referrals.The role is primarily office based (London Bridge/Bankside), with a minimum expectation of 3 or 4 days in the office per week.THE ROLEAvantia Law is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our C-suite as well as being involved in office management. This is a newly created role, where no two days will be the same.The successful candidate will be detail orientated, able to work under pressure and always remaining one step ahead.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide EA support primarily to the CEO, and some additional support to COO and CTO. This will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing expenses and making travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals, investor packs and meeting materials.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate individuals and gatekeeping where appropriate.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Organise and coordinate company events, offsites and external meetings, ensuring all logistics have been carefully planned and executed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Office management, operations and ad-hoc project support.
Requirements
  • 2+ years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally in a start up environment.
  • Exceptional people management and communication and coordination skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Exceptional time management and problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Flexible to work outside of core hours when required.
