- At least 2 years' experience in pensions administration, with a solid understanding of day-to-day processes
- In-depth knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) scheme administration, from calculations to client communications
- Up-to-date on pensions legislation and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to apply them confidently
- Comfortable with numbers, backed by either work experience or academic success
- Bonus points for experience in a third-party pensions administration environment, but not essential
