– Work autonomously within professional guidelines, ensuring quality governance of occupational therapy practices within the service.
– Supervise and support the assessments and therapy management programmes administered by junior therapists and specialist rehabilitation assistants.
– Play an essential role within the Interdisciplinary Team, contributing both in clinical and developmental capacities.
– Utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development, as well as for research, to continually improve service delivery.
