You will contribute to a variety of design projects. Previous design commissions include various renewal schemes for railway earthwork assets, temporary works designs for flood defence schemes and detailed geotechnical design input for a major new conference centre building in Wales.๐ŸŒ About AyesaAyesa is a global leader in engineering, environmental consultancy, and digital transformation.   • Working as a member of a project team to deliver quality services to clients
  • Ensures all geotechnical designs are in accordance with set standards and all recommendations are robust, value-based and commissionable
  • Ensures that designs are delivered on time to our clients and that the design fulfils the client's brief
  • Inspects construction work and ensures that all aspects of design are correctly implemented
  • Monitors processes and results and ensure that they comply with relevant safety, legal, ethical and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to make appropriate judgements and decisions and exercise initiative
  • Assisting at tender stage of projects
Requirementsโœ… What You BringExperience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-years' design experience in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with proven technical knowledge of geotechnics and relevant software.
  • Detailed knowledge of Eurocodes and current engineering codes of practice
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently
