To ensure that all incoming calls are dealt with correctly and efficiently, and that all messages and enquiries are taken and passed on to the relevant persons.
To assist with any guest enquiries wherever possible, and to give information on local amenities and hotel facilities.
To ensure that all calls are answered within 3 rings, thus ensuring there is no lost business for the hotel.
Pleasant, well spoken with good English
Educated to a reasonable standard.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer facing role is desirable
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
