
Switchboard Operator

- To ensure that all incoming calls are dealt with correctly and efficiently, and that all messages and enquiries are taken and passed on to the relevant persons.
- To assist with any guest enquiries wherever possible, and to give information on local amenities and hotel facilities.
- To ensure that all calls are answered within 3 rings, thus ensuring there is no lost business for the hotel.
- Pleasant, well spoken with good English
- Educated to a reasonable standard.
- Experience in a customer facing role is desirable
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
