Your Responsibilities as a School Support Worker:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students aged 7-16

  • Support classroom routines, promoting focus, inclusion, and positive behaviour
  • Help create a safe and supportive environment where students feel heard and valued
Who We're Looking For:
  • A graduate in Psychology, Criminology, or a related subject
  • A strong interest in mental health, behaviour, or SEND
  • Some experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is helpful but not essential
  • A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
  • Able to reliably commute to Ware
