- Build meaningful relationships with students with SEMH needs, including Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties
- Gain experience in classroom support, behaviour intervention, and emotional regulation strategies
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of teachers, SEN specialists, and therapists
- Make a tangible difference in the lives of young people facing emotional, behavioural, and academic challenges
- Develop the knowledge and skills you'll need for future postgraduate study or career progression
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students aged 7-16
- Assist in delivering personalised behaviour and learning plans
- Offer emotional and pastoral support to students throughout the school day
- Support classroom routines, promoting focus, inclusion, and positive behaviour
- Help create a safe and supportive environment where students feel heard and valued
- A graduate in Psychology, Criminology, or a related subject
- A strong interest in mental health, behaviour, or SEND
- Some experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is helpful but not essential
- A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
- Able to reliably commute to Ware
