Reference #: 895201_1756809414Location: Tamworth, StaffordshireSalary: £25000 - £29000Sector: Business SupportType: PermanentPosted On: 02/09/2025Videographer and EditorOur client, a well-established manufacturer within the electrical and lighting sector, is looking for a Videographer and Editor to join their inhouse creative team.As part of a busy and expanding studio, you will play a key role in producing engaging video content for marketing, training, and product launches. With access to a fully equipped on-site film studio, you'll be involved in every stage of production, from storyboarding and filming through to editing and final delivery.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in videography and editing (or a strong portfolio if you're a graduate) who is passionate about creating high quality, professional video content. Experience with 3D/animation software would be a bonus.As a Videographer and Editor, you will need to have/be:
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in videography and video editing
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Some experience with lighting, sound recording, and camera equipment
  • Strong understanding of video editing workflows, formats, and encoding
  • Creative thinker with a passion for film, video, and digital media
  • Creative eye for storytelling, framing, and composition
  • Someone who keeps up to date with trends in videography, motion graphics, and technology
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn new techniques
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Bonus: Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D/motion tools
Details:
  • Salary: £25, 000 - £29, 000
  • Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
  • Location: Tamworth (full time on site)

Role of Videographer and Editor:
  • Shooting and editing high-quality video content for marketing, social media, product campaigns, and training
  • Assisting on larger productions while independently managing smaller video projects
  • Editing and grading footage, adding graphics, sound design, and motion elements
  • Sourcing and editing imagery as required
  • Supporting the wider design team with creative assets for campaigns
