What you will do:
  • Manage a clinical caseload that includes complex patients
  • Prioritise, organise, and delegate patients effectively
  • Communicate with patients, relatives, and the multi-disciplinary team appropriately
  • Assist the MDT with timely discharges and refer patients to suitable rehabilitation pathways
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely patient notes and statistical records of activity
To excel in this role, you will need to be HCPC registered and a confident car driver.
