- Developing and managing customer relationships within your assigned territory
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive territory management
- Identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting customer presentations, and attending industry events
- Providing hands-on product demonstrations and technical expertise
- Reporting market trends and competitive insights
- Accurately forecasting sales and maintaining customer data in Salesforce CRM
- A science enthusiast: You hold a BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant life science or analytical chemistry discipline
- Experienced in the field including technical sales (capital & consumables) or commercial experience in a lab setting
- Familiar with SPE & LC/MS techniques (a strong advantage)
- An excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused & results-driven: You have a track record of achieving profitable sales growth
- Organized & proactive: Skilled in territory planning and CRM management (Salesforce experience preferred)
