Maintenance Engineer required to join a team of over 10 engineers to service and maintain equipment, supporting production at an established site in Yeovil in an environment that values innovation and personal development. This opportunity offers a permanent day shift and competitive salary of £42 - 44K plus quarterly and annual bonuses pushing the salary up further plus retention bonus paid year one.Shifts:Monday - Friday days - 37 hours per week early finish FridayAs Maintenancee Technician you will:
  • Perform maintenance on a variety of production machinery
  • Conduct electrical testing on motors, drives and inverters
  • Operate within a dynamic team, contributing reactive and planned maintenance
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site performance
  • Support the investment in machinery to improve output
What You Will Bring as Maintenance Technician:
  • A strong multi-skill background with good working knowledge of 3 phase systems
  • C&G or NVQ equivalent level 3 Electrical and/or Mechanical
  • Electrical fault-finding
You will have current or recent experience as electrical technician, maintenance technician, electrical engineer, electrical maintenance engineer, multi-skilled engineer, multi-skilled maintenance engineer, mechanical maintenance engineer or shift engineerIn Return:
  • Day shift working 37 hours per week with periodic overtime available to push earnings up
