Start Date: September 2025Be a founding leader at a new SEMH school in Horley. We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Headteacher with a passion for inclusive leadership.Your role:
  • Lead on curriculum, behaviour, or pastoral (depending on strengths)
  • Support the Headteacher in strategic planning and school development
  • Model outstanding practice and mentor staff
You’ll need:
  • Proven leadership experience in SEN/SEMH settings
