Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for the automotive industry? We're working with a well-established and highly respected finance company in Bournemouth that is looking to grow its finance team with the addition of a skilled Car Leasing Executive.The Car Leasing Executive Role:As a Finance Sales Executive, you'll be the go-to expert for customers exploring finance options for their vehicle purchases. You'll work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless, high-quality buying experience while ensuring compliance and maximising finance penetration.
Speaking directly with customers guiding them through their car finance journey.Responsibilities of the Car Leasing Executive:
  • Present and sell finance products in a clear and customer-focused manner
  • Work with lenders and internal systems to gain credit approvals
  • Build strong rapport with customers, tailoring packages to meet individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records in line with FCA guidelines
  • Support the sales team to achieve overall dealership targets
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Finance or F&I role within the motor trade
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance products and FCA compliance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
  • Results-driven with a consultative, professional approach
What's In It for You?
  • Competitive basic salary up to £27,000
  • Realistic OTE of £45,000 - £60,000
  • Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development
  • Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm
  • Friday: 9am-5pm
  • Weekend work on rotation (one Saturday per month 9am - 5pm and one Sunday per month 10am - 4pm with a weekday off in lieu)
  • 29 days holiday (including bank holidays)
