- Improve turnaround times for void properties to maximise efficiency and meet service aspirations
- Lead financial management for property repairs, ensuring budgetary targets are met
- Drive continuous service improvement through redesign and innovation, focusing on the end-to-end customer journey
- Oversee operational delivery including managed stores, van stock, tools and equipment, subcontractor management, and staff training
- Ensure robust health and safety compliance across all aspects of the service
- Implement and maintain effective health and safety policies, procedures, and systems, including risk assessments
- Strong understanding of the social housing sector, particularly within repairs and maintenance
- Proven experience managing large teams with effective leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams, including field-based staff
