Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pmKey Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate typing and audio typing.
- Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Scan, file, and manage documents in both physical and electronic systems.
- Handle general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to queries, and take clear and accurate messages.
- Log and maintain records of staff holiday and sick leave.
- Provide support to colleagues and management as required.
- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
