- Supporting with leading, developing and managing Web Experience team members where necessary, as well as providing a solid level of support to the senior management team in key initiatives for growth and its overall proposition.
- Leading scoping of new business opportunities, as well as championing the technical requirements delivery for any pitch conversations
- Identifying and raising technical issues with the use of clear documentation and change requests that developers can easily understand and digest.
- Assisting with the creation of requirements and other technical documentation for developers and key client stakeholders.
- Ensuring agreed monthly activities are delivered on time and to budget and that relevant client progress trackers are kept up to date.
- Responsible for logging ineffective processes and taking corrective action.
- Responsible for personal knowledge development and sharing interesting materials that can improve the performance of the department.
- Proactively learning about new technologies and ways of working, how to monitor market trends in order to support internal growth and efficiency strategies.
- Supporting the CX leadership team on the CX proposition, being an active member of growth
- At least 4 years Experience working within an agency or in-house Technical SEO specialist experience, as well as involvement in more general SEO
- Strong knowledge of front-end languages and markups, such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Solid understanding of common web infrastructure and the role of servers and front-end frameworks
- Excellent project management skills, able to keep multiple projects moving at the same time
- Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience
- Strong interest and passion for improving websites and user experience
- Strong Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace skills which must include Excel / Sheets, Word / Docs and PowerPoint / Slides
- Proficiency in data entry, working with and managing numbers / data
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A mathematical and analytical mind
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Highly organised with an ability to multitask
- A proactive and can-do approach to problem solving
- Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
- Experience of working in teams to meet a common goal
- Line management experience is desirable, but not essential
- Sabbatical: Paid sabbatical at 7 years with an option to take it unpaid at 5 years
