- Managing and growing the lettings portfolio
- Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
- Delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
- Meeting and exceeding individual and office targets
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proactively generating new business opportunities
- Previous experience in residential lettings
- Excellent sales skills with a target-driven mindset
- High level of customer service ability
- Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Strong knowledge of the South Croydon area
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Professional approach to estate agency work
- Highly competitive salary package
- On-target earnings up to £40,000
