You'll play a leading role in designing, configuring, and advising on Salesforce implementations, with the support of experienced technical and delivery teams.This is a client-facing role where your consultancy experience will be critical - from gathering requirements and shaping solutions, to ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.🧠Key ResponsibilitiesAct as lead consultant on end-to-end Salesforce projects, from discovery to go-liveFacilitate client workshops to understand business processes and gather requirementsCreate detailed solution designs and deliver proof of concepts where neededConfigure Salesforce orgs (and guide configuration teams) across a range of cloudsIdentify and manage project risks and dependenciesWork closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure quality deliveryAdvise on Salesforce roadmaps, integrations, and long-term platform strategySupport pre-sales activities including scoping, estimations and proposals💡 What We're Looking ForDeep understanding of Salesforce CRM platform capabilities and limitationsExperience across multiple industries, preferably including education or public sectorStrong communication skills - able to build trust and influence at all levelsAbility to translate technical complexity into simple, actionable plansExperience with Salesforce integrations, data migrations and AppExchange appsFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, Miro, Confluence, SlackAgile / iterative delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban)Please apply within or reach out directly with a covering letter highlighting key experience for the role -
