You will gain exposure to a diverse range of high-value claims, including serious birth injuries, brain and spinal trauma, delayed cancer diagnoses and surgical errors. This role is ideal for a proactive and confident Solicitor looking to advance their career in a supportive and expert-led environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing legal services to existing clients with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with Partners and Fee Earners to support business development initiatives
- Achieve fee income targets in line with agreed objectives
- Stay up to date with changes in clinical negligence law and practice
- Deliver accurate and reliable fee-earning work in accordance with quality and risk procedures
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor (2–5 years PQE)
- Proven experience in handling clinical negligence claims
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with case management systems
- Ability to manage own caseload independently
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Understanding of Money Laundering Regulations and Solicitors Account Rules
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
