We're currently seeking a Temporary Quality Sorting Operative to support day-to-day operations within a dynamic manufacturing setting.Contract Type: Temporary (ongoing)
Location: Rugby
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 7am-7pmKey Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain both manual and automated product sorting processes
  • Inspect product quality and identify nonconformities
  • Manage stock control of sorted and unsorted materials
  • Label finished products accurately and efficiently
  • Use systems such as PDS, SAP, Infinity, and production databases
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and food safety
  • Attend relevant quality assurance meetings as required
  • Manage packaging in the sorting area to ensure smooth workflow
  • FLT responsibilities
What We're Looking For:
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, or FSSC systems is advantageous
  • Previous experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance is a plus
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset and a keen eye for detail
