The Role Includes:
  • Leading a Reception class through a broad and balanced EYFS curriculum
  • Creating a nurturing, structured classroom where all children feel safe and motivated to learn
  • Using assessment to inform planning and support individual progress
  • Building strong relationships with families, carers, and colleagues
  • Collaborating with the wider EYFS team to share best practice and maintain consistency
What We’re Looking For:
  • UK QTS and experience teaching in EYFS (Reception ideally)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework, phonics delivery, and child development
  • A reflective, caring approach with high expectations for every child
  • Commitment to creating inclusive, engaging classroom experiences
  • A positive team player with excellent communication skills
