What you’ll do:

Work within the Process Development team – dedicated to the successful commercialisation of new products designed to be used for manufacturing in regulated environments.
Perform synthesis and functionalisation of resins as part of the NPI process, with scale-up of products from lab scale through pilot-plant to supporting full-scale manufacturing.
Work alongside Production, Engineering and Quality teams to develop processes and troubleshoot issues.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for scale up, record data and comply with quality standards.
Works under limited supervision on assigned tasks or portions of projects to determine and develop approach to meet desired objectives. May lead projects/experiments/research with limited scope and complexity.

What you'll need:

A degree or advanced degree in a chemistry or related discipline or a scientific degree along with industry work related experience.
The ability to:

Demonstrate use and application of standard chemistry, project management, and other relevant principles, theories, concepts and techniques to assignments where precedents may exist.
Provide solutions to a variety of problems which require collecting and analysing data from diverse sources to solve problems.
Demonstrate initiative and open mindedness to identify and try the new and different approaches.
Contribute to the research and development of differentiated technology, products, processes and systems.
