- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Inspire a love of literature and language through a creative and inclusive curriculum
- Support student progress through meaningful feedback, intervention and differentiation
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practice and share resources
