- Lead and assist ongoing marketing campaigns including website content, case studies, thought leadership articles, podcasts, and social media posts.
- Organising and attending client events.
- Client relationship management activities including client meeting scheduling, preparation, support attendance, follow up, and overall client account planning.
- Support and manage following up on client leads and inquiries.
- Supporting proposal content and information for supplier evaluations, pre-qualifications, bids, tenders, and related presentations.
- Liaising with RPS's central Marketing and Bid Teams to coordinate marketing and bidding activities and information transfer.
- Reports highlighting key marketing, bids, wins, pipeline opportunities and look ahead.
- Proactively build internal working relationships within other Consulting UK and ROI divisions and wider Tetra Tech as needed.
- Client and market sector intelligence gathering to inform existing and new client targeting and assist the Senior BD Director including new frameworks and master service agreements.
- Our Environment and HSR teams are based in various main UK offices and the expectation would be for very occasional travel to those offices as part of the role.
- Background and experience in Marketing and/or BD would be an advantage.
- Ability to build rapport with colleagues and potential clients alike to effectively deliver on the role and communicate the company's value proposition.
- Capability to gather market intelligence and analyse data to identify new opportunities.
- Familiarity with software tools used to manage leads and client information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise work effectively.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Digital marketing experience and use of AI would be an advantage.
- Experience of working in professional services firms and ideally (but not essential) in the environmental, engineering, health and safety, or allied sectors.
- Experience in a similar or allied role including coming from a business support background.
- Further education qualified would be desirable but not essential.
- Institute of Marketing qualification or similar would be an advantage.
