Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, we're seeking enthusiastic bank staff and part-time Nursery Practitioners to provide high-quality cover across Early Years settings in Bedford.You'll be working in a welcoming nursery that prides themselves on offering a true 'home from home' experience for children aged 3 months to 5 years, including those with additional needs. Perfect for those wanting variety, work-life balance, or to gain experience across different environments.Your Role Will Involve:
- Stepping in to support teams as needed, including last-minute or planned cover
- Delivering fun, engaging activities based on the EYFS
- Supporting children's learning, development, and daily routines
- Getting involved in play, songs, stories, outdoor learning, and more
- Creating warm, positive relationships with children and staff
- Maintaining high standards of care, safety, and safeguarding
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification - candidates with proven UK experience within Nursery settings will be considered
- A caring, proactive, and flexible attitude
- Sound knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Experience in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred)
- Reliability and enthusiasm - ready to jump in and support where needed
