- Have worked in similar People Manager or Business Partner position
- Have experience in end to end employee life cycle
- Have worked with data - slicing and dicing and producing data on all areas of people functions for board packs (eg. retention, headcount etc)
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience in leading HR projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced London-based environment.
- A competitive salary in the range of £63,000 to £70,000.
