- Supporting pupils to make meaningful academic and personal progress.

- Developing strong, supportive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Taking part in school activities and events as required.
- A positive and inclusive school environment focused on pupil welfare and development.
- Supportive staff and leadership team.
- Opportunities for professional growth in SEN education.
- QTS or a degree (for teaching)
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Experience working with pupils with SEN. (NOT a requirement if you have a qualification in the above subjects)
- Teaching assistants must have previous experience
- Strong communication, classroom management, and ICT skills.
- A calm, patient, and compassionate approach.
- Commitment to inclusive teaching and safeguarding.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (Or willing to apply through us)
- Two professional references from the last 2 years.
- Overseas Police Check (if applicable – for those who have lived outside the UK for 6+ months in the past 5 years).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
