We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable social workers to join the vibrant community of Salford. With placements at Prescott House in Little Hulton and Ramsgate House in Lower Broughton, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and variety. The main task is completing 12-month statutory reviews of mental health care packages according to the Care Act and s.117 Mental Health Act. What you will do:
  • Conduct 12-month reviews of mental health care packages, ensuring they meet statutory requirements under the Care Act and s.117 Mental Health Act.
  • Collaborate within integrated and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective mental health adult social care, according to local s.75 arrangements.
  • Utilise strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, promoting a person-centred and strengths-based approach.
  • Coordinate with other Review Officers to ensure seamless operation across all CMHTs in Salford.
