
HR Administrator

- Assisting with onboarding, new starter, leaver and probational review processes.
- Maintenance of HR electronic systems (Workday, Team Seer)
- Maintenance of HR electronic and paper files including keeping filing up to date and archiving of leaver files.
- First point of contact for routine HR queries.
- Support recruitment activities: preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, collating CV’s, arranging interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Provide comprehensive updates to the payroll team for any employee changes.
- Keep HR absence report up to date and support absence management on site.
- Support HR team with Performance Review process.
- Support HR Team with HR Projects, promoting wellbeing within the company.
- Any other administrative duties as required (for example: note making, scanning, mail merge etc).
- Organized and methodical approach
- Confident in using MS Office package and experience in HRIS system.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication
- Thorough attention to details and strong administrative skills
- Ability to work well with others (all level)
- HR administrator experience desirable but not essential
- Understanding Employee law desirable but not essential
