- You'll be developing and maintaining comprehensive UC VOICE architectures, designs and support to pre-sales/proposals teams that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Review and critique all 3rd party designs before they are socialised with the customer.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful implementation of UC VOICE solutions.
- You'll Identify, assess, and mitigate UC VOICE risks through the development and implementation of effective security controls.
- You'll be working with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with relevant UC VOICE standards.
- We'll need you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective UC VOICE strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest UC VOICE trends, threats, and technologies, and continuously improve our UC VOICE posture.
- You'll be creating detail test plans, install and implement Proof of Concept within the LAB environment and conduct the product hardware and feature testing including Vulnerability scans and base staging configuration. Deployment Standards Documentation
- Providing training for Solution/Product overviews and configuration training to support teams for BAU implementation, Problem Management and monitoring. Providing both Training documentation, Video and Instructor Led Training Sessions internally.
- Providing routine Reports or assist teams to enable the gathering of reporting on system performance and feed into the Security Team as required.
- Ideally you will have a bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Unified Communications, or related field (Master's is a plus).
- You'll join us with 5+ years in CUCM voice with expertise in design, implementation, architecture, and third-party call routing support.
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent highly desirable.
- You'll be proficient in UC VOICE, Cisco Servers, VMware, Windows Server, VEEAM, Synology, SIP, G711alaw, Cisco CUBE SBCs, Gateways, and modems.
- We'll need you to have strong problem-solving abilities for complex security issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- You'll have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
