- Assess current B2B sales functions and industry best practices. Recommend and design tailored sales strategy and commercial solutions for Experian's evolving go to market.
- Revamp sales organizational structures, focusing on subscription/SAAS models and roles, including the Client Success Manager.
- Recommend changes to compensation models that are motivating to sellers and drive growth for the business. Large focus on multi year deals, subscriptions, and compensation related to new business/ growth.
- Partner with regional and global sales teams to lead, implement and adopt sales transformation solutions, ensuring long-term success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external consultants and advisors.
- Serve as the leader/owner of key projects that support our Sales and Business Strategy.
