- Sales Strategy: Lead the creation and delivery of the sales strategy for corporate, group, and MICE segments.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and conduct sales presentations.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service and driving repeat business.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support the sales team, ensuring alignment between sales strategies and hotel operations.
- Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activities and stay up to date with market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, track KPIs, and provide insight into performance, continuously looking for areas of improvement.
- Has proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within hospitality, specifically with corporate and MICE sales.
- Has a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
- Possesses excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Can lead on site team sales team.
- Is commercially savvy with an in-depth understanding of the UK hospitality market.
- Has proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
