
Growth Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)

- Work with the Acquisition Manager to monitor campaign performance and track key metrics (CAC, retention, ROI).
- Plan, set up, and actively manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, including ad creation, targeting, bidding, and ongoing optimisation. Collaborate with data and creative teams to test new growth strategies and iterate quickly based on performance.
- Directly manage day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring timely launch and optimisation of all paid media initiatives.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and adjust bids, creatives, and targeting to maximise ROI and customer acquisition.
- Analyse and report on marketing performance, coupon, attribution, and ROI across campaigns.
- Collaborate with data, creative, and product teams to develop and test new growth strategies.
- Develop insights and recommendations that improve campaign performance and LTV / CAC.
- Level up your growth marketing skills from an experienced team and gain exposure to multi-million £ marketing budgets.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, economics, business, or a numerate/analytical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you're comfortable with numbers and Excel
- Commercial strength in understanding how businesses grow and how paid marketing contributes
- Experience analysing data in Excel, Looker, or similar analytics toolsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
