Job Type: Full-time,About the Role:We’re currently looking for an experienced Accounts & Office Administrator to join a growing and friendly team in a well-organised office environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliationsManage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments, and credit controlProcess, record, and file invoices and financial documentsSupport VAT return preparation and liaise with external accountantsOversee company insurances, renewals, and compliance checksHandle general office administration and maintain company recordsAssist with basic HR tasks, staff inductions, and employee record managementSkills and Experience:Experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration, or similar roleStrong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and reconciliationsFamiliarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityIf this role is permanent, gap personnel is operating as the employment agency.
