- Deliver professional assessments and care interventions in line with legislation and HCPC/COT standards
- Manage, supervise, and support OT staff as required
- Contribute to the development, performance, and clinical quality of the Occupational Therapy team
- HCPC registration
- Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Proven experience in assessment and care planning
- Strong leadership and team support skills
- Excellent knowledge of current legislation and best practice
