We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative/Packer to join our team in the paper industry. As a vital part of our production line, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packing of paper products, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery related to the paper industry.
- Pack carton products according to company specifications and standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that products meet required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as needed.Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or packing role within the paper industry is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as required.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.Benefits:

- Mon - Thur 7am-4.30pm Fri 7am - 12.30pm
