As part of an approachable and supportive people team, you will contribute to the delivery and success of the L&D strategy that supports everyone at Crowe in developing their careers.You will deliver high-level administrative and operational support to the Learning & Development (L&D) function, while also assuming leadership responsibilities that contribute to the team's strategic success.The role is part of the internal People Development team and includes:
  • Leading the coordination and administration of national L&D programmes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Managing the L&D inbox, resolving queries efficiently and escalating complex issues where necessary.
  • Overseeing training logistics, including room bookings, equipment setup, and virtual session support.
  • Maintain and update training records, schedules, and attendance data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Support and maintain the People Development portal, ensuring materials are current and accessible.
  • Manage end-to-end course administration, including joining instructions, registration, and post-course evaluations.
  • Act as a super-user for the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting learner access, troubleshooting issues, and generating reports.
  • Ensure employee learning records are accurate and up to date, working closely with HR and other internal teams.
  • Contribute to internal communications, including updates on the intranet and newsletters.
  • Lead or contributeto ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the People Development team.
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Line manage the admin team, managing day-to-day priorities and mentoring the team, supporting their development and performance.
  • Champion best practice in L&D administration, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Act as a role model for client service excellence and collaboration within the team.
  • Represent the L&D team in cross-functional meetings and working groups as required.
  • Take ownership of specific workstreams or projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and learning across the team and wider firm.
Skills and Personal Characteristics
  • Proven experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within L&D or HR.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with LMS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering high-quality support.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience supporting or mentoring others.
