  • Evaluate and assess employer covenant risks across a portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare detailed covenant analysis reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders to gather and interpret financial data.
  • Support trustees and committees with insights on covenant-related matters.
  • Advise on appropriate funding and investment strategies tailored to covenant strength.
  • Monitor external market conditions and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management frameworks.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and compliance reports.
