- Emotional and mental health support - working alongside statutory mental health professionals, care managers, annual care reviews
- Support service users with daily living skills, medication management, and tenancy support
- Encourage participation in activities and social outings to promote well-being
- Provide emotional and practical support to individuals as they work towards greater independence
- Assist with appointments, shopping, and budgeting support
- Work alongside a team of 15, including a manager, senior support workers, sleepover staff, and project workers
- Take the lead during shifts in the absence of management
- Full-time (37 hours): One long day (7:45am - 10:15pm) + three shorter shifts (early: 7:45am - 3:15pm, late: 2:45pm - 10:15pm, occasional mid-shift 11am - 6:30pm - every other weekend)
- Part-time (30 hours): Four shifts per week (mix of early/late shifts/Mid, - every other weekend)
- Part-time (22.5 hours): Three shifts per week (mix of early/late shifts/Mid, every other weekend)

- Great team players, able to work collaboratively but also use initiative
- Strong communicators, with emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
