- Undertake administration functions in relation to the student timetables across the faculty in line with agreed activity deadlines.
- Be required to provide ongoing timetabling administrative support throughout the academic year including change requests and resolution of issues arising.
- Be the primary point of contact for scheduling related queries for School teams within the Faculty.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments across the University and within the DSA to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination of activities
- You will be required to provide administrative support for Teaching & Learning across the year.
