- You will manage and assume responsibility for the central operations and projects functions.
- You will produce commercial activity and 3rd party relationships across the estate.
- You will be instrumental in devising and implementing processes and procedures which achieve both organisational efficiency and customer experience.
- You will compile data and analyse on the performance of key measures to present to key stakeholders
- You will manage and produce existing partner relationship including tenders and all supplier relationship management.
- An ability to manage mutual beneficial long-term relationships with partner organisations.
- A keen eye for costs and to create profitability you may have been involved in procurement projects, cost saving initiatives and providing through efficiencies in your prior business and roles. Minimising costs and maximising benefit are your key focus and belief when looking at operations, processes and procedures.
- You will have a track record of project management and being a key member of a multi-functional project
- You will be adept at coaching and developing skills and have a demonstrable track record of producing results.
