- Setting up enquiries on database and share drive, update spreadsheet with required information.
- Setting up contracts on database and share drive and update spreadsheet with required information.
- Raising Purchase orders and sub-contractor orders and putting in the relevant contract folder .
- Inputting invoices on Database, supplier and subcontractors - Saved in the relevant contract folder and sent to accounts once input.
- Sales Invoices to be sent to clients - saved in the relevant contract file and spreadsheet. - Sent to clients and our internal accounts department.
- Engineers timesheets input to database against job numbers.
- Prepare valuations for contract managers ready for invoicing.
- Monitor sub-contractor insurances & chasing where required. Added to share drive once received and update spreadsheet with expiry date.
- Credit Application documents for new suppliers.
- Order Stationery for company.
- Organising and filling design drawings.
- Main point of contact for phone calls and deliveries. General receptionist duties.
