- Lead tendering processes and procurement initiatives across IT and banking operations.
- Negotiate contracts that secure the best terms for the business.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Deliver against savings targets while supporting business strategy.
- Keep on top of market trends and supplier developments to drive innovation.
- Promote best practice procurement and compliance.
- Proven procurement experience (ideally IT/software/telecoms/banking ops).
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage contracts and identify key risks.
- Excellent communicator with stakeholder management expertise.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- CIPS qualification (or working towards it).
- Knowledge of risk processes and commercial/legal frameworks.
