The focus is on inspections, maintenance, and compliance.This is a hands-on role involving day-to-day property management tasks including inspections, maintenance coordination, and ensuring legal compliance.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Conducting regular property inspections and reporting issues
  • Managing and organising maintenance works and contractor coordination
  • Ensuring ongoing legal compliance (e.g., gas, electrical, smoke/CO alarms)
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding property-related issues
  • Updating property management systems and keeping accurate records
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous experience in property management or lettings (junior PM level suitable)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good understanding of basic legal compliance in lettings
  • Ability to manage time independently and travel between branches
  • Confident working autonomously and using property software systems
  • Driving licence and own transport (essential)
