- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting issues
- Managing and organising maintenance works and contractor coordination
- Ensuring ongoing legal compliance (e.g., gas, electrical, smoke/CO alarms)
- Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding property-related issues
- Updating property management systems and keeping accurate records
- Previous experience in property management or lettings (junior PM level suitable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good understanding of basic legal compliance in lettings
- Ability to manage time independently and travel between branches
- Confident working autonomously and using property software systems
- Driving licence and own transport (essential)
- Flexible or part-time working considered
- Focused role with no inventories, check-outs, or viewings
- Autonomy across two branch portfolios (Reading & Tadley)
- Supportive team handling lettings and marketing functions
- Opportunity to build long-term experience in a hands-on PM role
